I taking the opportunity to thank Mr. KK Leong for a delightful session of the Wellness Health Talk and screening for our Staff that was just conducted today.

It was such a success that we are now all gear up to stay healthy and fit. We even have 80% of our staff signed up for further medical testing.

Some of our colleagues were unable to join the session this morning. Hence, I am considering to do a second run in July. Is the date 22nd feasible?
If it is possible, we would like to have the same speaker Mr KK Leong for this round as he was able to make the topics interesting by injecting good humour during the talk and I can see that the participants enjoyed the session very much.

The health screening has ended very well. A total of 11 and 9 employees respectively attended the screening.
I have no doubt majority of us have the answers and are planning on our exercise regime.

For those who have attended, I hope the session was worthwhile. I’m sure we will remember the humorous presentation from KK Leong.
The blood taking session will happen on 24th Jun (Monday) at 0830/0900 hrs at Zinnia (no Wednesday session, if they had indicated Wed in your form). Please remember to fast 8 hrs prior and bring your urine and stool sample. Payment will be via cheque or cash.

After going through this screening, I felt the heatlh awareness of our staffs / friends are on the high now.....

Their reaction to their health screen results gave some a rude shock, while others a smile....

What I like most in this screening are as follows:
- Straight forward testing (no blood test)
- The test they have provided are all good, especially the Fat analysis test (item 4 & 5) which is a very good health indication to individuals
- The presentation by Mr. KK was serious and very informative indeed,...added with a delightful sense of humour

Note: I noticed some friends missed the discussion / presentation by Mr KK, session which I find it most interesting, connecting us to our screen results. We should encourage all to attend Mr KK presentation...hopefully there is a next screen session....

This afternoon's medical screening at our office received good response. Check-ups were carried out smoothly. Some staff who did not pre-register themselves has also joined in the screening.

Besides, we found the Health Consultant, Mr KK Leong, a good and humorous speaker during his analysis briefing. He has provided us with useful health tips and advice which we eventually enrolled in the comprehensive medical package. There will be a nurse coming to our Office to conduct the wellness health screening at 9:30am this Wednesday.

We would like to thank you and Mr Leong for the effort and time. We appreciate it very much.
